"Rude Service"

The shop and post office is poorly arranged inside. There is no clear queuing system. I had queued for a long time. When I finally got to the front of one of counters I was accused of jumping the queue in front of another customer who in fact kept quiet with the fact they had jumped the queue. The assistant was keen to have a go at me, very rude and in front of other customers. I had to remind him I had come in to post a parcel and not for an argument. I won't be going into this shop/post office ever again! Organise the shop layout and customer service service training would be beneficial!.
