"Never use this company"

If I could only turn back time I would NEVER have used this company. The thought that I have given my hard earned money to these people makes me sick to my very stomach. The set of bow windows we had fitted by them have never closed properly. I noticed this the day they were fitted, but one of the installers told me the materials just had to acclimatise, and everything would be ok in a few days. Well its been months now and the windows still don't shut. I also had them put a set of casement windows in, and the handles were all loose, and they none of them lock properly. They never even answer my emails now, and were very rude over the phone, and have the audacity to call themselves a family business..
